1. Acceptance
These terms form an agreement between you and Do-NHL Confetti Social Club regarding your use of do-nhl.com and the game published on it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement and that doing so is lawful where you are. You are responsible for compliance with any local rules that apply to you.
3. Social gaming only
Do-NHL provides free social gaming for entertainment purposes. There is no real-money wagering of any kind, no opportunity to purchase anything, and no prize, payout or item of value is awarded. Virtual coins are a display mechanic with no monetary worth; they cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed, inside or outside the site. Success in this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
4. Your use of the site
You agree not to interfere with the site or the game: no tampering with or automating gameplay, no attempt to access systems or data you are not entitled to, no scraping at a scale that burdens the service, no reverse engineering except where the law permits it, no uploading of malicious code, and no use of the site for anything unlawful. We may restrict access if any of that occurs.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, code, game artwork and brand elements belong to Do-NHL Confetti Social Club or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from it without written permission.
6. No affiliation
Do-NHL is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any sports league, team, competition, governing body or other organisation, and nothing on the site should be read as suggesting such a relationship. Any third-party names that may appear remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including the game, at any time and without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the site will suit any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do-NHL Confetti Social Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, nor for loss of data or lost virtual coins, which in any case hold no value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do so for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will show when that was. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
