Questions, answered
Most things people write in about are covered below. If yours is not, the address underneath reaches a person.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Popper’s Parade runs entirely in your browser. There is no registration step, no email gate and no login — open the page and press Spin.
Can I buy more coins?
No, and that is deliberate. There is no shop anywhere on the site. When your balance falls below the ten-coin spin cost, the reset control refills it to 500 for free, as many times as you like.
Are coins worth anything?
Nothing at all. They are counters held in the page’s memory. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded or exchanged for money, goods, credit or entries of any kind.
Why did my balance go back to 500?
The balance lives in memory only, so reloading or closing the tab resets it. Nothing is stored between visits, which also means there is no progress for you to lose.
Is the game actually random?
Yes. Each reel draws independently from a weighted symbol list using the browser’s random number generator, and the resulting trio is scored against the published paytable. No outcome is pre-set, and the site cannot tilt a spin in either direction.
The reels are not moving. What now?
Popper’s Parade needs JavaScript enabled. If it is on and the reels still sit still, try a hard refresh, then let us know your browser and device so we can reproduce it.
How old do I have to be?
Eighteen. The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over, wherever it is accessed from.
Is this connected to any sports league or team?
No. Do-NHL is an independent social gaming brand with no affiliation to, endorsement from or connection with any sports organisation, league, club or competition.

Email hello@do-nhl.com and we will reply within two business days. It speeds things up considerably if you include your browser and version, the device you were using, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

We do not operate telephone support, and we will never ask you for payment details, because there is nothing on this site to pay for. Any message claiming otherwise did not come from us.
