Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 September 2026. This policy explains what Do-NHL collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
Do-NHL Confetti Social Club operates the website at do-nhl.com and the free social game published on it. For questions about this policy, write to hello@do-nhl.com.
2. What we collect
You can play Popper’s Parade without giving us anything. We hold no accounts, no passwords and no payment information, because the site has nothing to buy. The limited information that does reach us falls into two groups.
- Technical data gathered automatically when a page loads, such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page and the time of the request. This is standard web-server information.
- Information you send us, which is whatever you choose to put in an email — typically your address and the contents of your message.
Your virtual coin balance is not collected. It exists only in your browser’s memory while the tab is open and disappears when you reload or close it.
3. Why we use it
Technical data is used to serve the site, keep it secure, diagnose faults and understand broad usage patterns such as which pages load slowly. Email content is used solely to answer you. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent data, and we do not share information with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage we use is strictly functional — remembering that you dismissed a notice, for example. Fonts are loaded from a third-party provider, which necessarily receives the request for those files; no other content is embedded from outside the site. Your browser settings can block or clear all of this at any time, and the game will still work.
5. How long we keep things
Server logs are retained for a short operational period, generally no longer than twelve months, then deleted or aggregated beyond recognition. Support correspondence is kept while a matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again.
6. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to us and we will act on any valid request within the time the applicable law allows. Note that because we hold no account for you, we may have very little to provide.
7. Children
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the home page for a reasonable period.
